Who Should Have Won at the 2015 Academy Awards!


After watching at least 100 films from 2015, I've compiled my complete list of who I believe should have won at the Academy Awards.

    1. Best Picture: Birdman
    2. Best Director: A. G. Inarritu - Birdman
    3. Best Actor: (of the nominees) Michael Keaton - Birdman
    4. Best Actress: Jennifer Aniston - Cake (by FAR the best performance of the year)
    5. Best Supporting Actor: J. K. Simmons - Whiplash
    6. Best Supporting Actress: Keira Knightley - The Imitation Game

      So many people I know personally absolutely ADORED Birdman. I just couldn't warm to the film. I can definitely appreciate the skill that went into it, but it didn't really do its job in entertaining me. I have to see Cake though. I heard Aniston was good, but I didn't know she was "Academy Award," good. I can't wait to see it now :)

    I thought that it was really unfortunate that Boyhood didn't win, it was absolutely the best film that came out that year.

    By the way, where are your reviews for 2014? It's a joy to read your reviews.
