These are my Top 10 Favourite Songs in the history of cinema. There's not a doubt in my mind that I've forgotten some great ones, but as it stands, these are the ten songs that evoke the strongest emotions out of me. It was extremely hard to narrow the list down to just 10, but in the end I wouldn't change this list one bit.
Come What May - Moulin Rouge (2001)
David Baerwald, Kevin Gilbert - Performed by Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor
Colors of the Wind - Pocahontas (1995)

Nice selection! My Heart Will Go On is my all time favorite.
ReplyDeleteNot gonna lie... that song makes me cry every time the credits start rolling.
DeleteVery Nice List. You got some classics there.
ReplyDeleteHere are mine
Once upon a December -Anastasia
What would Bryan Botano Do- South Park: Bigger Longer and Uncut
It's hard out here for a pimp - Hustle and Flow
Part of Your World - The Little Mermaid.
The song Miss Piggy sings to Kermit when they are babies in Muppets Take Manhattan
Any song from Little Shop of Horrors
Tear me Down and Angry Inch - Hedwig and The Angry Inch
Hell yeah! I love 'Once upon a December' ! Anastasia is one of my favourite underrated animated films of all time. I do love Part of your World too. However, I have to disagree with you on 'It's Hard Out Here For a Pimp.' Simply because every time I hear that song, I cringe at the thought of it beating 'In the Deep' by Bird York, which was the song that played at the end of the film Crash. Sure, it's different from your average cinema song... but it just isn't that great in my opinion (but then again, I'm not the biggest fan of hip-hop and rap).
DeleteNice list. Love that Aladdin song. God, I used to adore that film.
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty much the 'ultimate' Disney song. I still adore Aladdin :)
